Principal Mentoring Program

Our first-year Principal and Assistant Principal Mentor Program cultivates student success by focusing on BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS, developing INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP and strengthening SYSTEMS and OPERATIONS. Carefully selected, experienced mentors assist principals with responding to the rigors, real-life challenges, and daily stresses of being building leaders. The program consists of 50 hours of quality 1:1 mentoring time.

In our second-year program, principals continue to work with their established mentor for another year when the focus is to hone LEADERSHIP SKILLS, advance GROWTH and INNOVATION, and define SPECIFIC GOALS and ACTION PLANS. The program consists of 25 hours of 1:1 mentoring time.
