Description: 

This Academy is intended for Athletic Directors and other educational leaders who are charged with responsibility for interscholastic athletic programs.  Maintaining a successful athletic program requires that its leaders be able to effectively manage the conflict inherent in such programs so that the focus remains on the development of young people in positive, productive settings.  This course will help leaders maintain that focus by helping them to understand the nature and manifestation of conflict in these settings and develop strategies to prevent, manage and transform challenging behaviors.
